LEICA DM LFS A

Automated Upright Fixed-Stage Microscope

The Leica DM LFS A is the first motorized upright microscope for fixed stages to meet the high requirements of electrophysiology. The apochromatic UVI water immersion objectives have been specially designed for patch clamp work and infrared-optimized DIC and feature superlative optical quality. 

As you would expect from a Leica product, the Leica DM LFS A provides the best working conditions imaginable. Objective change is vibration-free and the objective is returned into the immersion to the exact same focus position after switching from one magnification to another. The motors start up extremely smoothly to prevent vibrations and keep the electrodes safely attached to the cell.
